| 内容記述 | 本研究は、「よい保育」に関する保育実践および思考の記述から、保育実践における倫理の概念（構成要素）を明らかにすることである。A 県にあるN 保育園に努める保育士９名を対象に、半構造化面接と参加観察を行った。その結果、抽出できた主要因子は、【健康でいること】【発育や発達の保障】【根拠をもってこどものための判断を保育士が行う】【判断に迷った時は周囲の人やこどもの判断を拠り所とする】【こどもとの関係性を重視】【こどものためになることをする】【こどもの意思を尊重】【判断基準を持つ】【こどもの自己決定への躊躇】【こどもの自律の尊重】【こどもの自己決定の尊重】【こどもの最善の利益の追求】【環境調整】【こどもが保育を受ける権利】【保育する責務（平等性）】【関係性】であった。保育士らは、様々な関係（人的関係・物的関係）に翻弄され、時に巻き込まれながら、悩んだり、ジレンマを抱えたりしていた。そのような悩みやジレンマの中で、経験してきたことを意味づけ倫理観を培っていた。 While this research is nursing, good childcare considers something. Ethical childcare is clarifying the concept of the ethics of“good childcare”from the description about something. Objects were nine childcare workers who strive for N nursery school in A prefecture. Interview and observation were performed to nine childcare workers.
