本研究の目的は、科目「乳児保育Ⅱ」において実施したName tag creation が、どのような意図をもって学生の保育観の形成に役立っているのか、そのプロセスの記録の中で見えてくるものを明らかにすることであった。対象は、О県のA 保育者養成校の学生141名、期間は2019年11月～2020年1月であった。研究方法は、半構成的面接と記録物を現象学的アプローチで質的に分析した。アンケート調査は量的に分析した。研究の結果、学生はName tag creation の過程において「乳児を優しくケアする保育者の雰囲気」「未熟な乳児あどけなさや純粋性」を表現し、乳児の有り様／立場／特性等を想像している姿が明らかになった。さらに学生は、Name tag を教育的視点で関わるツールの一つとして捉える側面を見出していた。今後の課題は、学生自ら乳児観や保育観を意識化できる教育方法論を模索していくことである。 The purpose of this research was to clarify whether the Name tag creation in“Infant Childcare II”is useful for the formation of students’ views on childcare, and what can be seen in the process. The subjects were 141 students from A nursery teacher training school in O Prefecture, and the period was from November 2019 to January 2020．Semistructured interviews and recordings were qualitatively analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The questionnaire survey was analyzed quantitatively. As a result of the research, the students expressed“atmosphere of caregivers who take care of infants gently”and“innocence and purity of immature infants”in the process of creating Name tags. It became clear that they are imagining the infant’s state/position/characteristics. Students regarded the Name tag as one of the educational tools. A future task is to explore educational relationships that enable students to become conscious of their own views on infants and childcare. |
