| 内容記述 | 基本属性、血清アルブミン値、BMI (body mass index、以下BMIと記す)、在院日数、主疾患分類、食事摂取量、日常生活自立度(以下寝たきり度と記す)について検討した。血清アルブミン値、年齢、在院日数、副菜摂取量、寝たきり度、疾患別および肺炎・気管支炎が関与している要因の1つであった。またBMIで低値を示す者が長期入院患者に多かった。今回の評価項目は、高齢者の入院時栄養状態の把握、適切な栄養管理サービスを実施するための資料として期待できる。 As potential factors causing malnutrition, I examined the subjects' basic attributes, serum albumin levels, BMI, days of hospitalization, primary diseases, amount of food intake, and degrees of independent living (/being bedridden). As a result, the serum albumin level, the age, the days of hospitalization, the intake of side dishes and the degree of being bedridden turned out to be factors of diseases often caused by malnutrition, especially pneumonia and bronchitis. Another finding was that many of the long-stay patients showed low BMI levels. | |||||||
